The plain-language terms for downloading and using 37Studio and the website studio.shaitrish.com.

Who we are

37Studio is made by Shaitrish, Shekhertek 12, Mohammadpur, Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh (trade licence TRAD/DNCC/022960/2025). By downloading, installing or using 37Studio you agree to these terms.

Open-source license

37Studio is free and open source under the MIT License. That license, not this page, governs using, copying, changing and sharing the code. The open-source components inside 37Studio keep their own licenses.

Our website

studio.shaitrish.com is a static website with the product page, the setup guide, the donate page and the download. 37Studio doesn't depend on it or on any other server we run: the app checks for updates on GitHub, signs in to Facebook and Instagram through your own Meta app, and receives WhatsApp messages through your own Cloudflare Tunnel or a relay you deploy to your own Cloudflare account. These and your Meta app are yours to run, under Cloudflare's and Meta's terms. We may change or stop the website at any time; copies of 37Studio keep working without it.

Updates

Updates are free and install when you start the app. The app learns about them from the project's releases on GitHub. We may add, change or remove features as we improve 37Studio, and features that depend on other companies (such as Meta, Google, TikTok or AI providers) can change when they change their services.

Your accounts and content

  • 37Studio works with accounts you own: your Claude plan or Anthropic key, Gemini, ElevenLabs, OpenCode and your social media accounts. You are responsible for those accounts, their costs, and following their terms and policies.
  • You run 37Studio and its connections yourself. The developer apps, keys, tokens and any tunnel or relay are yours: they live in your copy and your own accounts, we can't see or manage them, and we never post, reply or act on your accounts. Setting them up, keeping them safe and dealing with each platform's reviews and limits is up to you.
  • You are responsible for what you publish and the replies you send, including replies sent automatically when you turn that on.
  • Only add brands, footage, music and other material you have the right to use, including videos you import from YouTube or Google Drive links.
  • Your work stays on your computer and is yours. Keep backups of the data folder; we can't recover it for you.

Acceptable use

Don't use 37Studio to send spam or unsolicited messages, mislead or impersonate people, harass anyone, publish illegal content, or break the rules of the platforms you connect, such as Meta's messaging policies and reply windows.

AI output

Videos, captions and replies are made by AI from what you give it. AI can make mistakes. Check what goes out under your name, especially prices, offers and promises. Draft mode exists so a person can review every reply before it is sent.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to keep 37Studio reliable, but the software and our website are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, as the MIT License also says. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any losses from using them, including lost data, lost profits, or charges from third-party services.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction. If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its date.
