Your data stays on your computer

37Studio is software you run yourself. We don't run it for you, we can't see inside it, and we don't collect your data. This page lists everything the app sends anywhere, so you can check.

In short

  • 37Studio runs in Docker on your own computer. Your brands, footage, videos, messages, knowledge bases and keys are stored there, in the app's data folder.
  • We, Shaitrish, have no account system, no analytics and no tracking in the app. We can't see your projects, customers or conversations.
  • The app talks to the AI providers and social platforms you connect, using your accounts, to do the work you ask for.
  • Nothing passes through a server of ours. The app never contacts studio.shaitrish.com: it checks for updates on GitHub, signs in to Facebook through your own Meta app, and, if you connect WhatsApp, receives messages through your own Cloudflare Tunnel or a relay you run on your own Cloudflare account.
  • We don't sell or share data with anyone.

What stays on your computer

Everything you put into 37Studio and everything it makes: brands and their brand libraries, knowledge bases and reply rules, footage, finished videos and images, project chats, posts and their schedules, inbox history, costs and settings. API keys and tokens are encrypted on disk with a key that never leaves your computer.

The app only accepts connections from the computer it runs on, so nobody else on your network can open it.

What the app sends, and to whom

To do its work, 37Studio sends data directly from your computer to services you choose and connect, under your own accounts and their own terms and privacy policies:

  • Anthropic (Claude), through your Claude plan or API key: briefs, the brand's knowledge base, project files the agent reads, and the conversations it drafts replies for.
  • OpenCode and its model providers, only if you set it up and choose those models.
  • Google Gemini and ElevenLabs, only if you add their keys: the prompts and text for images, video clips, voiceovers, sound effects and music.
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp): the videos and captions you publish and the replies you send; 37Studio also reads your Pages' messages and comments to show them in the Inbox.
  • Websites you ask it to scan, such as your brand's own site, to build the brand library and knowledge base.
  • GitHub: every few hours the app asks GitHub Releases which version is the latest, and it downloads itself and updates from GitHub Container Registry. Nothing about you or your work is sent. To check somewhere else, set STUDIO37_UPDATE_URL.
  • Your own Cloudflare Tunnel or WhatsApp relay, only if you connect WhatsApp. Meta delivers incoming WhatsApp messages only to a public web address, which a computer at home doesn't have. A tunnel passes them straight to your copy. Or you deploy a small relay (the code's relay/ folder) to your own Cloudflare account. It holds messages until your copy collects them, deletes each one once collected, and deletes any it never collects after 7 days. It is yours: we have no access to it.
  • Public content networks (Google Fonts, jsDelivr): the app's interface loads its typeface, and the video player its script, from them. These are ordinary file requests with nothing from your projects.

What reaches us

Nothing. 37Studio doesn't depend on any server run by Shaitrish, and it sends us nothing: no usage data, no sign-ins, no messages, no crash reports. The code is public on GitHub, so you can check.

Facebook and Instagram sign in through a Meta app you create yourself, directly between your computer and Meta, and its secret stays in your copy. We only see something if you choose to send it, for example by emailing us or opening an issue on GitHub.

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp data

37Studio uses data from Meta's platforms only to do what you ask: list the Pages and accounts you manage, publish the posts you approve, and show and answer your Pages' messages and comments. That data is stored only on your computer. We don't use it for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone.

This website

studio.shaitrish.com is a static website: the product page, the setup guide, the donate page and the download. It receives nothing from the app, and it has no analytics, no ads and no cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google sees a request for them. If you remember a choice on the setup page, such as Windows or Mac, it's saved in your own browser.

Donations

The donate page collects nothing. A bank transfer or bKash payment stays between you, your bank or bKash, and us as the receiver. If you email us your name to be thanked, we keep that email, and your name appears on the page only if you ask for it.

Deleting your data

  • Everything 37Studio stores: delete the app's data folder, or the whole 37Studio folder.
  • A connected account: disconnect it on the brand's Social tab. To remove its access on Facebook's side: Facebook → Settings → Business integrations → remove your Meta app.
  • WhatsApp messages on your relay: they are deleted once your copy collects them, or after 7 days. Your relay is on your own Cloudflare account, so you can delete it at any time.
  • Your name as a supporter: email us and we'll remove it.

Data you sent to AI providers or social platforms is governed by their policies; delete it in your accounts with them.
